When Kensington Robots, Stages and Newport PM500 stages have problems in the field, assistance is a phone call or e-mail away. Trained technical support personnel are available to help trouble shoot problems in the field as well as with the RMA process. Support is available by e-mail and phone for initial trouble shooting. Support for detailed repair, is available on a time and material basis for phone as well as on-site support.

Kensington maintains a global group of certified partners which have Kensington Certified parts available, that support Kensington Robots, Kensington Stages and Newport PM500 Stages; for immediate shipment as well as local direct support services.
